provider of healthcare staffing services, announced the award of two new
contracts with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation
(“CDCR”).

The first new contract is for Registered Nurse Services at the CDCR
Division of Juvenile Justice (“DJJ”) and expires September 30, 2011. The
second new contract is for Psychiatric Technician Services and expires
September 30, 2011.
