WAKEFIELD, MA–(Marketwire – June 2, 2010) – American Dental Partners, Inc., (NASDAQ: ADPI) announced today that the Company acquired certain non-clinical assets of Cincinnati Dental Services (“CDS”) and Dentco, Inc. (together with CDS, “Cincinnati Dental”) and entered into a 40-year service agreement with CDS. Cincinnati Dental represents American Dental Partner’s first affiliation in the states of Ohio and Kentucky.
